You hit every deadline at work. Except the ones for your own career.
MyCareerCoach is an app for executives aged 35 to 45. It turns your next career move into a weekly plan. An AI coach checks in with you every day. A senior advisor challenges the plan.
Founding prices from $49/month. No payment today.
Daily check-in
Coach · 8:10am
Today’s the one you’ve been avoiding: the note to Priya. When is it going out?
After the 11am. Before lunch.
Coach · 1:05pm
Did it go?
Sent. She wants coffee on Thursday.
Coach · 1:06pm
Good. What do you want her to know by the end of that coffee?
How it works
Four steps. One career move.
- 1
Name the move.
A promotion, a bigger scope, a move to another company. You choose one goal, and the app builds it into a plan you can start this week.
- 2
Commit each week.
Every Monday you pick three actions. Ask for the stretch project. Book the coffee with your sponsor. Write down what you delivered this quarter.
- 3
Show it's done.
Reply with a note, a screenshot or a link. If it happened, you can show it.
- 4
Get followed up.
Miss an action and your coach asks why, then keeps asking until you've done it, rescheduled it, or dropped it on purpose.
Your career is the one project with no boss.
At work, someone is always waiting on you. A board paper, a forecast, a team. So the work gets done.
Nobody is waiting on your career. Nobody asks whether you’ve spoken to your sponsor this quarter, or why you’ve been meaning to update your CV since last year.
So it slips. It’s always the first thing pushed to next week, and the weeks turn into years.
MyCareerCoach is the boss your career never had.

A week with MyCareerCoach
Plan on Monday. Act all week. Review on Friday.
Plan
Start with three moves.
Your coach asks what matters most this week for the goal you set. You leave with three specific actions, each with a day attached.
This week
Act
Your coach follows through, so you do too.
A short check-in every day. It knows your plan and your calendar pressures, and it remembers what you promised last week. On a bad week, it helps you shrink the plan instead of abandoning it.

Review
See what actually happened.
Every Friday you see what got done and what slipped. Over time, the app shows you the pattern: the action you keep moving, the weeks that go quiet.
On the Plan and Advisor tiers, you go through it with a person who knows how senior hiring decisions get made.

In a few months, your career stops being something you’ll get to later.
- Your sponsor knows what you want next.
- Your achievements are written down before anyone asks for them.
- The people who decide on senior roles know your name.
- You know your options, and you've tested them against the market.
We can’t promise you the role. We can make sure the work gets done.
Is this for me?
Built for a specific moment in a career.
It’s for you if:
- You're 35 to 45, in a senior role, with your biggest jobs still ahead.
- You manage your team's development better than your own.
- You've been meaning to work on your next move for a year or more.
- You only update your CV when something forces you to.
- You want to be challenged, not cheered on.
It’s not for you if:
- You want someone to find you a job. We don't place people.
- You'd find a daily check-in annoying. You will, some days.
- You're in the middle of a major transition and need in-depth advisory work. That is what Elevate Career's Foundation is for.
Fair questions.
“My mentor can do this.”
Keep your mentor. You probably see them a few times a year, and they're too polite to point out you've said the same thing for twelve months. They won't ask on a Tuesday whether you sent the note. Your coach will.
“There are plenty of apps.”
There are. Most of them wait for you to open them, and they stop working the week you stop caring. This one comes to you, follows up when you go quiet, and knows only one subject: your next career move.
“Why AI for the daily check-ins?”
Daily follow-up is exactly what software does well. It doesn't forget, it's available at 6am or 11pm, and you'll never feel you're taking up someone's time. Judgement is different, so that stays with people. You will always know which one you're talking to.
“Will my employer see this?”
No. You sign up with your personal email, your employer is not involved, and nothing you log is shared with them.

Why I’m building this.
I’m Cyrille Gossé. I spent 15 years placing C-suite executives, and I saw the same thing again and again: talented leaders missing the next role, not for lack of ability, but because they’d misread what employers were looking for.
Today I run Elevate Career, where I advise senior executives at turning points in their careers. By the time most of them reach me, the pressure is already on.
MyCareerCoach is for the years before that, when a small amount of steady work changes where you end up.

FAQ
When does it launch?
We're building it now and will open to the waitlist first. We'll email you before anyone else hears.
Will it be on iPhone and Android?
We're launching on iPhone first, with Android to follow.
What exactly does the AI do?
It helps you build your plan, runs your daily check-ins, follows up on what you committed to, and shows you your patterns. It doesn't make decisions for you.
Who are the advisors?
At launch, your calls are with Cyrille Gossé, the founder of Elevate Career. As we grow, experienced career coaches will join the team.
Is my data private?
Your plan and check-ins are yours. We don't sell your data or share it with employers or recruiters.
Do you find me a job?
No. We help you do the work that gets you ready for the next role, and make sure it happens.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. You also get a 30-day money-back refund.
How does this relate to Elevate Career?
MyCareerCoach is built by Elevate Career, an executive advisory practice. Some members may later want Elevate Career's in-depth advisory work, but there's no obligation.
